    Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women Empowerment Center, organized a lecture entitled "How can I improve the quality of my life" that discussed several axes, most notably: the sources of tension and the signs that indicate its existence.

    The certified trainer in self-development, Maryam Al-Khawaja, presented the lecture remotely on Sunday, July 11, 2021, where she talked about the difference between anxiety, tension, and stress, as she defined anxiety as a feeling of discomfort and discomfort because of something that may happen in the future, and stress is a natural response of the body as a result of external influences.     The lecture concluded with the recommended practical ways to get rid of stress, including​​ allocating time to relax and practicing deep breathing, exercising, and showing flexibility and psychological capacity, in addition to clearing the mind and focusing before doing the task that causes stress.​
